In order to ensure that materials are of the highest quality, certified and safe, working environments must comply with specific standards. Santa Margherita S.p.A. is fully aware of this and has always focused on issues such as occupational safety and health protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this reason, in 2020, the company adopted the Organisational and Management Model under Legislative Decree No.231\/01<\/strong> and implemented the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 45001:2018<\/strong> standard, achieving formal ISO 45001 certification by Certiquality in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 231 Organisational and Management Model<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transparency, fairness and loyalty are the guiding principles that Santa Margherita S.p.A. applies daily in its activities and in relationships with collaborators. The fact that the company has adopted the 231 Organisational and Management Model demonstrates that the company is working in this direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santa Margherita S.p.A. has always been committed to protecting human resources and promotes initiatives aimed at providing employees with information and training not only on occupational safety issues, but also on behavioural standards and rules of conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Occupational Health and Safety Management System<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to having implemented the 231 Organisational and Management Model, the company also received the ISO 45001 certification. This international standard sets out the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system and provides guidelines for its use with a view to improving safety in the workplace and preventing accidents and health problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
